Records documenting the State of Minnesota's public finance package agreement with Northwest Airlines for the proposed construction of aircraft engine repair and maintenance facilities in Hibbing-Chisholm and Duluth [Laws 1991 c350]. The bulk of the files cover the 1991 finance package and agreement; the remainder detail a renegotiated second agreement completed in 1994. Most of the documents are photocopies supplied to the commission for its review and approval/disapproval. They include correspondence, agreements, legislation, newspaper clippings, reports, and presentations.
